Get a quote for EU fulfillment

To get a quote for EU fulfillment, tell us what you sell, roughly how many orders you ship each month and which EU markets you want to reach. Our team works in English on Swedish time (CET) and replies within one business day, wherever you are selling from.

What happens next

What happens after you ask for a quote?

  1. We read your request

Someone on our team reads what you sell, your monthly order volume and the markets you want to reach, and replies within one business day – with questions if we need more detail.

  2. A call to go through the details

We set up a call at a time that works for both sides to go through your products, order profile and target markets, and the open questions on import and VAT setup.

  3. A proposal with an itemized quote

A written proposal for receiving, storing and shipping your goods, with every cost line priced separately: storage per pallet or shelf location per month, a price per DTC order and per DTC return, and hourly rates for B2B orders, receiving and stock counts. See what each cost line covers.

In the message, add roughly how many products (SKUs) you carry and where they are made – the customs duty on your bulk import depends on each product's tariff code and origin.

FAQ

Common questions about EU fulfillment

Do I need an EU VAT number to stock inventory in Sweden?

Normally, yes. Selling to consumers from stock held in Sweden means registering for VAT in Sweden – and businesses from the US, Canada, Australia or the UK should plan for a VAT agent approved by the Swedish Tax Agency and confirm it with a tax advisor. Sales to consumers in other EU countries can then be reported in one place through the One Stop Shop. We guide you through the setup and can put you in touch with accounting partners.

What is IOSS – and do I still need it?

IOSS is an optional EU VAT scheme for low-value parcels (up to €150) shipped directly to EU consumers from outside the EU. Once your stock has been imported in bulk and cleared through customs in Sweden before it is sold, the orders you ship from it are not imports, so IOSS does not apply – and neither does the temporary flat customs duty that low-value parcels sent directly to EU consumers from outside the EU have paid since 1 July 2026. One condition: it has to be genuine stock. Goods already sold to individual customers before they are imported are treated as distance sales.

Who handles customs when I ship inventory to Sweden?

We coordinate the clearance of your bulk shipment with our customs partners, who can lodge the import declaration on your behalf as your customs agent – a business based outside the EU generally can't be the declarant itself. You provide the commercial invoice, packing list, transport document and the commodity code for each product; the agent tells you whether your setup needs your own EORI number.

How long does it take from container to first order?

It depends on the size of your catalog, which integrations you use and when your bulk shipment clears customs. Shopify is a ready-made integration, so we can connect your store during onboarding, before your goods arrive. When they arrive, we receive them and register every item by barcode, and your orders ship from that stock.

Is there a minimum order volume?

No hard minimum. We work with everyone from launch-stage DTC brands to established wholesalers, and we will be honest about whether we are the right fit for your volumes.

Which countries can you ship to?

Every EU member state from one inventory, with no customs on the way. Great Britain, Norway and Switzerland can be served from the same stock too – they are outside the EU customs union, so those shipments go through customs.

How do we work across time zones?

We are on CET, one hour ahead of the UK, and Swedish afternoons overlap with US East Coast mornings. The US West Coast and Australia's east coast are roughly 8–10 hours away, with little overlap in normal office hours, so we agree on call times that work for both sides. Every email gets a reply within one business day, and you get a dedicated contact who knows your account – not a ticket number.
