Primepack is a third-party logistics (3PL) company in Gothenburg, Sweden. We hold stock for e-commerce brands based outside the EU, pick and pack their orders and ship them across Europe – from one warehouse near the Port of Gothenburg, Sweden's largest port.
Who is Primepack?
Our warehouse is in Hisings Kärra, Gothenburg, near the Port of Gothenburg, which handles more than half of Sweden's container traffic. We store goods on pallet and shelf locations, register every item by barcode in Ongoing WMS and pick and pack orders for both direct-to-consumer (DTC) and B2B customers. Kitting, bundles, inserts, relabeling, returns and quality checks happen in the same warehouse, in the same system.
We built our offering for brands in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom that want one stock point inside the EU instead of sending every European order from outside it. Why work with a 3PL in Sweden from outside the EU?

EU customs & VAT know-how
We coordinate the customs clearance of your bulk shipment with our customs partners, who can lodge the import declaration on your behalf as your customs agent. The VAT registrations are in your brand's name – we guide you through the setup and can put you in touch with accounting partners.

Your dedicated contact person gets to know your products, your sales channels and your markets. We work in English on Central European Time – Swedish afternoons overlap with US East Coast mornings – and reply to emails within one business day.
Nordic and EU reach from one stock
One inventory in Gothenburg reaches every EU member state, with no customs inside the EU: typically 1–2 business days to the Nordic EU countries (Sweden, Denmark, Finland), 2–3 to Germany and Benelux and 3–5 to the rest of the EU. Great Britain, Norway and Switzerland can be served from the same stock; those shipments go through customs.

Onboarding
We go through your products, sales channels and volumes, connect your store – Shopify through a ready-made integration, other platforms and marketplaces via API – and plan the arrival of your first bulk shipment. When it arrives, your goods are checked at receiving and registered by barcode.
Daily operations
DTC orders are picked, checked and packed the same day; B2B orders leave by carton or pallet. With Shopify, orders come in automatically and tracking goes back to your store. Returns are received, inspected and restocked.
Planning ahead
You have real-time visibility of your stock levels. Planning a campaign or sending a new shipment? Tell your contact person early, so the warehouse is ready when the orders or the goods arrive.
