In short
- We set no cookies and store nothing in your browser.
- We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which provides aggregated statistics without identifying you.
- When you submit the quote form, we also save where you came to the website from, so we know which channels bring in enquiries.
- Nothing is used for advertising or shared with ad networks.
Visitor statistics without cookies
We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how the website is used: which pages are visited, which website the visitor came from (for example a search engine or LinkedIn), country and city, device type, operating system and browser.
The tool sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. To count a visit as one visit, a code (hash) is created from details in the request, and it is discarded after 24 hours. The statistics are aggregated and can't be linked to you as a person.
The source when you submit the quote form
When you submit the quote form, in addition to what you write yourself, we save which website you came from (for example google.com), the first page you landed on and any campaign parameters (utm) in the link you clicked. This is stored together with your enquiry and shows us which channels bring in enquiries. It is not stored in your browser.
Who is responsible, and on what legal basis?
Shipify AB, Swedish company registration number 559426-4391, which operates Primepack, is the controller. We process the data based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used and how customers find us (Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). You have the right to object to this processing.
Who receives the data?
The website and the visitor statistics are run by Vercel Inc., which processes the data as our processor. Vercel is based in the United States and is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has found to provide an adequate level of protection. Enquiries from the quote form, including the source, are stored in our database.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, request restriction of processing and object to it. The visitor statistics aren't linked to you, so there is usually no data to hand over. Send questions to info@primepack.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or the data protection authority where you live.
